BELGRADE – NOVI SAD – TRE CIME DI LAVAREDO
Departure: On September 13, 2025, from Novi Sad (Location: ATP Vojvodina, around midnight, Friday to Saturday), continuing to Belgrade (near Sava Center around 1 AM). (Exact time and location will be confirmed a day before departure.) We will then take a relaxed bus ride to Austria, with stops for group rest and border formalities.
In the early morning hours, we will arrive at Auronzo mountain hut, which will be our starting point for the hike. First, we will ascend Candinini di Misurina, a viewpoint offering fairy-tale-like panoramic views! On one side, the famous "three chimneys" stand as a dominant massif, while on the other, the jagged peaks of the Dolomites stretch into the horizon.
Next, we embark on a circular hike around Tre Cime, visiting glacial lakes and taking a break at one of the mountain lodges along the way.
In the afternoon, we will start our return journey to Serbia.

🚨 The number of participants is limited, and only members of the Mountaineering Society HTS (MB: 28748817) or any mountaineering club under PSS can join (contact us for membership details).
🚨 The organizers reserve the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, inaccessible sections, or even trip cancellation.
🚨 This trip does not include travel guarantees as per Article 86, Paragraph 3 of the Tourism Law.
🚨 When registering, please send the number of participants, their names, phone numbers, departure location, and proof of membership. Due to the proximity of the event, cancellations and refunds will not be possible, but participant substitutions will be allowed.
🚨 This hike is NOT recommended for individuals with heart conditions or any other health issues that could be adversely affected by physical activity.
🚨 Punctuality is crucial for departure times, but flexibility is expected regarding the exact duration of the hike.

SPECIAL NOTES
• The agency recommends that travelers purchase individual travel cancellation insurance, as otherwise, any cancellations by the traveler will be handled exclusively in accordance with the General Travel Terms – Section 10: Traveler’s Cancellation of Travel.
• The seating arrangement on the bus is determined based on the date of payment, i.e., the signing of the Travel Contract. When arranging the seating order, priority is given to elderly passengers, pregnant women, families with children (under 12 years old), and passengers with documented health issues. The first row of seats is reserved for staff and is not issued to passengers unless necessary. Passengers must accept the seat assigned by the agency.
• Upon signing the contract, travelers are required to provide the organizer with all requested information, including the passport number with which they will cross the border. If the traveler does not provide this information at the time of signing, the deadline for submission is 48 hours after signing.
• For travelers with a red biometric passport of the Republic of Serbia, entry into the EU requires that the passport be valid for at least 3 months from the return date, while entry into Turkey requires a minimum validity of 6 months from the return date.
• Travelers are advised to check the validity of their travel documents, especially children's passports.
• The travel organizer is not authorized to assess the validity of passports and other documents. Non-Serbian citizens are responsible for informing themselves about the visa regime of the country they are traveling to. It is recommended that travelers check entry conditions for EU countries (required financial means, health insurance, accommodation confirmations, etc.) on the EU Delegation in Serbia website www.europa.rs or by consulting the embassy or consulate of the destination or transit country. The agency is not responsible if border authorities deny entry to the traveler.
• If travelers pay extra for an additional seat on the bus, they are not entitled to a refund if there are unoccupied seats left on the bus after the trip.
• 48 hours before departure, the travel organizer will send a notification with all departure details. If you do not receive the message, please contact the agency to obtain accurate departure information.
• Rest stops will be made approximately every 3.5 to 4 hours at designated stops, depending on availability and road conditions.
• Travelers must take care of their travel documents, money, and belongings throughout the trip. Leaving valuables in the bus or hotel rooms is not recommended, as neither the transport provider nor the hotel is responsible for theft. In case of bus break-ins, passengers can claim damages only for insured belongings through authorized insurance companies. The organizer cannot be held responsible for such unforeseen circumstances.
• Please note that this is a group trip, and all arrangements are made accordingly. The music and movies played on the bus are neutral in content. The temperature in the vehicle cannot be individually adjusted for each seat, so travelers should be mindful that temperature preferences vary. Understanding and cooperation among travelers are essential for group travel.
• Luggage space on the bus is limited, and each passenger is allowed one suitcase and one piece of hand luggage.
• Due to strict scheduling, buses will not wait at border crossings for tax-free refund procedures. Travelers should plan accordingly.
• The travel organizer reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen objective circumstances (e.g., border delays, traffic congestion, site closures).
• The organizer reserves the right to reschedule or modify optional excursions included in the program or change the order of sightseeing activities due to objective circumstances. Please note that due to national or religious holidays, certain sites, malls, shops, restaurants, or museums may be closed.
• The duration of free time for individual activities depends on objective circumstances (e.g., duration of sightseeing, departure times, and overall itinerary).
• Travelers interested in museums and galleries should check their opening hours online and coordinate visits with free time available during the trip.
• The official hotel category stated in the program was valid at the time of contract signing between the travel organizer and foreign partners. Any subsequent changes that are unknown to the travel organizer cannot be considered relevant.
• All times in the itinerary are listed according to the local time of the country being visited.
• The contract holder or group representatives are responsible for ensuring that all travelers are informed about the agreed travel program, payment conditions, insurance, and General Travel Terms.
• Minors must have a notarized parental/guardian consent for travel.
• International travel health insurance is mandatory for some destinations. We strongly recommend having insurance for all your trips, as travelers are personally responsible for any consequences if checked by authorities in the destination or transit countries.
• The agency is not responsible for any information provided verbally, over the phone, or electronically. Only the written travel program displayed in the agency’s office is valid.
• The organizer reserves the right to offer Last Minute deals at prices different from those in the price list. Customers who have already started payments or paid in full based on the original price list are not entitled to any refund due to subsequent discounts.
