REGISTRATIONS UNTIL 17.11.2025.!!!

Travel programme:

21.11.2025 – NOVI SAD → BELGRADE
Departure from Novi Sad at around 20:00 from the tourist terminal ATP Vojvodina. From Belgrade at the Sava Centre parking at around 21:15. Exact times will be known the day before and will be communicated by the agency. Then we continue with a relaxed drive towards Romania, with a group rest stop and customs formalities.

21-22.11.2025 – HIKE BETWEEN ZĂRĂNEȘTI CLIFFS AND PISICII CANYON – BRAN CASTLE (Dracula’s Castle)
Route length: 15 km | Elevation difference: 300 m | Difficulty: Medium
In the early morning hours we arrive at the small village of Zărnești, which will be our starting point. Right at the start we go along a forest track among the vertical cliffs known as Zărnești and follow the Prapaștilor stream, entering deeper into the mountain. Over time the forest track ends and the forest trail begins, which leads us through the Pisicii Canyon, where we will enjoy truly untouched nature. After this adventure, a short drive to Bran Castle, most strongly associated with the famous Count Dracula and through the ages an inspiration for many legends. Then a tour of the castle and a return to old times, and if time permits we plan to walk to one of the surrounding hills for a distant view… After the tour we head to accommodation. Overnight stay.

23.11.2025 – “7 LADDERS” CANYON
Route length: 12 km | Elevation difference: 400 m | Difficulty: Medium
Breakfast. In the morning we leave the accommodation and drive to the village Timișu de Jos. Here awaits us a hike in the most famous and most attractive canyon of the area, known as the “7 Ladders” Canyon. We follow the Sipoaia River and go through a true adventure, constantly delighted by new waterfalls and cascades. Note: Since in the canyon we traverse metal stairs and ladders that are well secured, in case of bad weather an alternative hike will be around the city of Brașov itself, passing by the famous “Brașov” sign and the Solomon’s Rocks outing area.

24.11.2025 – BELGRADE → NOVI SAD
Return to Belgrade and Novi Sad, where we expect to arrive in the early morning hours…

    • The travel organiser is not authorised and does not evaluate the validity of travel or other documents. Travellers who are not citizens of Serbia are obliged to familiarize themselves with the visa regime of the country to which they travel. Travellers are advised to check entry conditions into EU countries (required financial means for stay, health insurance, proof of accommodation...) at the website of the EU Delegation in Serbia (www.europa.rs) or at the embassy or consulate of the country they are entering or transiting through. The agency is not responsible in case border authorities prevent the traveller’s entry into the EU.
    • If travellers make an additional payment for an extra seat on the coach, they do not have the right to a refund if after the trip there are still free seats.
    • 48 hours before departure the travel organiser sends a notification with all details of departure. If you do not receive a message, please contact the agency for correct information about departure.
    • Stops for rest along the route are planned every 3.5 to 4 hours of driving at roadside facilities, depending on the availability of capacity and road conditions.
    • Travellers are asked to watch their travel documents, money and belongings during the trip. Leaving valuables in the coach or hotel room is not recommended because neither the carrier nor the hotel is responsible for them! In the event of bus break-in, the traveller may seek compensation only from their own insured items with authorised insurance companies. The travel organiser cannot be held responsible for these unforeseen circumstances.
    • Please note that this is a group trip and everything is subordinated to that. Accordingly, it is necessary to understand that in the vehicle the music and films playing are of neutral content. The temperature in the vehicle cannot be individually adjusted for each seat, and note that what is warm for one person may be cold for another. Thus, for a group trip full understanding among travellers and a sense of collectivism are essential.
    • The luggage space on the coach is limited, and the allowed luggage per traveller is one suitcase and one piece of carry-on.
    • Passengers are advised that due to adherence to the departure schedule described in the program, there is no possibility to keep the bus at a border crossing for refund of funds under “tax free”, so please bear that in mind.
    • The trip organiser reserves the right to change the travel programme due to unforeseen objective circumstances (e.g., traffic jams at borders, traffic congestion, closure of one of the localities scheduled for visit…).
    • The organiser of the trip and excursions during the trip reserves the right to modify the dates and terms of optional excursions included in the programme, as well as the schedule of sightseeing due to objective circumstances. Please take into account that due to state or religious holidays at certain destinations some attractions, shopping centres, restaurants, museums… may not operate.
    • The duration of free time for individual activities during the trip depends on objective circumstances (e.g., length of sightseeing, departure times, arrival time and further programme schedule).
    • For travellers whose goal is visiting museums and galleries, we recommend that they check opening hours online and coordinate their visits with the free time in the programme.
    • The hotel category shown in the programme is officially determined and valid on the date of contracting between the travel organiser and the foreign partner; any subsequent changes unknown to the organiser cannot be relevant.
    • Accommodation objects are accessed on the first day of stay from 15:00 (there may be the possibility of earlier check-in) and must be vacated on the last day of stay no later than 09:00. Each hotel has a restaurant. The rooms are with private shower and WC. The accommodation in this offer is registered, inspected and standardised by the National Tourism Association of the country in which it is located. In case the exact name of the hotel is not published, the organiser undertakes to provide it at the latest 7 days before departure. If a hotel substitution occurs, and if the hotel was listed in the programme, the organiser must inform all travellers in writing, and the replacement hotel must in all respects correspond to the standard of the described hotel. If you do not accept the substitution of the contracted accommodation, you may cancel the trip without any consequences.
    • The descriptions of accommodation facilities are informational. The travel organiser is not responsible for any deviations and quality of service within accommodation objects, as this exclusively depends on the accommodation. Some ancillary services of the accommodation facility are available at additional cost. There is a possibility of deviation and change regarding availability of some services, as they depend exclusively on the accommodation (e.g., safe, parking, mini-bar, TV, air-conditioning, hair-dryer, internet…). We advise you to research these via the internet, social media and specialized portals such as tripadvisor and booking
    • The travel organiser cannot influence the room allocation because it depends solely on the reception of the accommodation facility. Requests for inter-connected rooms, family rooms etc. will be considered but this type of group bus arrangement does not imply such room types or choice of rooms and their contents (balcony, terrace, smoking room, floor level, double bed…). The agency cannot guarantee these services.
    • Accommodation on group bus arrangements of this type is in four-bed or six-bed rooms with extra bed intended for a third person. Rooms with extra bed are less comfortable and the third bed may be standard or smaller dimensions. Note that the extra bed may significantly compromise comfort of the third person (the extra bed is usually wire frame with thin mattress, or sofa bed).
    • All times in the travel programmes are given in local time of the country visited.
    • The signatory of the travel contract or representatives of the group of travellers are obliged to inform all travellers about the contracted travel programme, payment and insurance conditions, as well as the general terms and conditions of the travel organiser.
    • Minor travellers must have the parental/guardian consent certified for the trip.
    • International travel health insurance is compulsory for certain destinations. We recommend you to have it for all your trips because otherwise you are personally responsible for any consequences during border checks or in transit countries.
    • For all information provided orally, by phone or electronically the agency is not responsible. Only the written travel programme published in the agency offices is valid.
    • The organiser reserves the right to sell its arrangements as last-minute offers at prices different from those in the price list. Parties who have started payment or paid the trip at prices published in this price list have no right to demand refund of difference in price.
