ONE-DAY TRIP – POVLEN (Three Peaks of Povlen)

NOVI SAD – BELGRADE – POVLEN
(Little, Middle and Great Povlen)

ROUTE LENGTH: 14 km

ELEVATION GAIN: 650 m

DIFFICULTY: MODERATE

Departure from NOVI SAD on November 11, 2026 (ATP Vojvodina, around 4:00 AM), followed by a stop in BELGRADE (near the Sava Center, around 5:15 AM). We then continue with a comfortable drive towards Povlen, with breaks along the way for the group to rest.

In the early morning hours, we arrive at Povlen Mountain and the famous Debelo Brdo. A well-known hiking route awaits us, during which we will visit the three highest peaks of the mountain, while enjoying constant views towards Zlatibor, Tara, Maljen, and other beautiful Serbian mountains.

The trail is gentle and enjoyable, and the colorful autumn scenery expected at this time of year will add an extra special touch to the experience.

After completing the hike, we will have a break for lunch, followed by a relaxed return journey to Belgrade and Novi Sad.

TRIP PRICE:

RSD 3,500 for departure from Belgrade

Children up to 14 years old receive a 10% discount.

WHAT DO WE USUALLY BRING FOR HIKING?!

• A smile, a positive attitude, and good health.
• Plenty of water — a minimum of 2 liters per hike — as well as snacks from your backpack for several meals and refreshments for the climbs and walks ahead.
• Comfortable, sturdy and appropriate footwear for walking in nature, as well as comfortable clothing.
• If you already have your favorite hiking stick, bring it with you. If not, nature may be where you find your new favorite one!
• A cap/hat/beanie, sunglasses, sunscreen, and anything else you consider necessary to protect yourself in case of strong sunlight.
• A rain jacket, spare/change of clothes, and a warm, dry change of clothing readily available after each hike.

IMPORTANT NOTES!!!

• The number of registrations will be limited, and ONLY members of the HTS Mountaineering Club (Company/Registration No.: 28748817) or members of any mountaineering club affiliated with the Mountaineering Association of Serbia (PSS) are eligible to participate in the trip.

• The organizers reserve the right to modify the program due to unforeseen circumstances, inability to access certain sections of the route, or even to cancel the trip.
• No protection in the form of travel guarantees is provided for this trip, pursuant to Article 86, Paragraph 3 of the Tourism Law.
• When registering, please provide the number of participants, their full names, telephone numbers, and departure location, together with confirmation of membership in our organization. Once registration and payment have been completed, cancellation of the transportation will not be possible due to the proximity of the event, and consequently no refund will be possible. However, it will of course be possible to replace the registered participant with another person.

THE PROGRAM IS BASED ON A MINIMUM OF 50 PASSENGERS.

IN THE EVENT OF AN INSUFFICIENT NUMBER OF PASSENGERS, THE DEADLINE FOR CANCELLING THE TRIP IS SEVEN DAYS BEFORE THE START OF THE TRIP, PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 108 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION LAW.

THE AGENCY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO OPERATE THE TRANSPORTATION WITH A PRICE ADJUSTMENT OR IN COOPERATION WITH ANOTHER AGENCY.

THE AGENCY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ADJUST PRICES IN THE EVENT OF CHANGES IN THE FOREIGN EXCHANGE MARKET.

THE AGENCY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIFFERENT VERBAL INFORMATION PROVIDED REGARDING THE TRAVEL PROGRAM.

SPECIAL NOTES

• The agency recommends that travelers purchase individual trip-cancellation insurance. Otherwise, any cancellation by the traveler will be handled exclusively in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of Travel — Section 10: TRAVELER'S CANCELLATION OF THE TRIP.
• Seating arrangements on the bus are made according to the date of payment, i.e. the date on which the Travel Agreement is concluded. When preparing the seating plan, consideration is given to elderly passengers, pregnant women, families with children (up to 12 years old), passengers with documented health conditions, etc. The first row of seats is reserved for official/service use and will not be assigned to passengers unless necessary. Passengers are required to accept the seat assigned to them by the agency.
• When signing the Travel Agreement, the passenger is required to provide the travel organizer with all requested information, including the number of the travel document used to cross the border. If the requested information is not provided when the agreement is signed, it must be submitted within 48 hours.
• For travelers holding the red biometric passport of the Republic of Serbia, the passport must be valid for at least 3 months after the date of return from the trip in order to enter the EU, and for at least 6 months after the date of return from the trip in order to enter the Republic of Türkiye.
• Passengers are advised to check the validity of their travel documents, especially those of children.
• The travel organizer is not authorized to assess the validity of travel or other documents. Passengers who are not Serbian citizens are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the visa requirements of the countries they are traveling to. Passengers are advised to obtain information about entry requirements for EU countries (required financial means for the duration of the stay, health insurance, proof of accommodation, etc.) from the website of the EU Delegation to Serbia, www.europa.rs, or from the embassy or consulate of the country they are visiting or transiting through. The agency shall not be liable if border authorities deny a passenger entry into EU territory.
• If passengers pay an additional fee for an extra seat on the bus, they are not entitled to a refund after the trip if there are still vacant seats on the bus.
• 48 hours before departure, the travel organizer will send a notification containing all departure details. If you do not receive the message, you must contact the agency to obtain the exact departure information.
• Stops for rest during the journey are planned every 3.5 to 4 hours of driving, at designated roadside rest areas, depending on available facilities and road conditions.
• Passengers are asked to take care of their travel documents, money and personal belongings throughout the trip. Leaving valuables on the bus or in hotel rooms is not recommended, as neither the carrier nor the hotel is responsible for them. In the event of a break-in of the bus, a passenger may request compensation only for their insured belongings from an authorized insurance company. The travel organizer cannot be held responsible, and complaints cannot be submitted to the organizer regarding such unforeseen circumstances.
• Please note that this is a group trip, and everything is organized accordingly. Passengers should therefore understand that the music and films played on the vehicle are neutral in content. The temperature inside the vehicle cannot be individually adjusted for each seat, and what feels warm to one person may feel cold to another, and vice versa. Group travel therefore requires mutual understanding and a sense of consideration for the group.
• Luggage space on the bus is limited. The permitted amount of luggage per passenger is one suitcase and one piece of hand luggage.
• Passengers are advised that, due to the need to adhere to the schedule specified in the travel program, the bus cannot be held at a border crossing for the purpose of processing a tax-free refund. Please take this into consideration.
• The travel organizer reserves the right to modify the travel program due to unforeseen objective circumstances, such as border congestion, traffic congestion, closure of a scheduled attraction, etc.
• The travel and excursion organizer reserves the right to change the dates and conditions for optional excursions included in the program, as well as the order of sightseeing activities, due to objective circumstances. Please note that, due to national or religious holidays at a particular destination, some attractions, shopping centers, stores, restaurants, museums, etc. may be closed.
• The amount of free time available for individual activities during the travel program depends on objective circumstances, such as the duration of sightseeing, departure times, arrival times and the subsequent schedule of the trip.
• Passengers whose main purpose is to visit museums and galleries are advised to check their opening hours online and plan their visits according to the free time available during the trip.
• The hotel category stated in the program is the officially established category valid on the date the agreement is concluded between the travel organizer and the foreign partner. Any subsequent changes unknown to the travel organizer cannot be considered relevant.
• All times stated in the travel programs are given according to the local time of the country in which the traveler is staying.
• The person signing the Travel Agreement or representatives of the group of passengers are required to inform all travelers about the agreed travel program, payment and insurance conditions, as well as the General Terms and Conditions of Travel of the travel organizer.
• Minor passengers must carry a notarized parental/guardian consent form when traveling.
• International travel health insurance is mandatory for certain destinations. We strongly recommend having such insurance for all trips, as otherwise passengers assume responsibility for any potential consequences during checks by the authorities of the country they are visiting, as well as in countries they transit through.
• The agency shall not be responsible for any information provided verbally, by telephone or electronically. Only the written travel program displayed at the agency's premises shall be considered valid.
• The organizer reserves the right to offer its travel arrangements through Last Minute offers at prices different from those listed in the price list. Customers who have started making payments or have paid for an arrangement at the prices published in this price list are not entitled to claim compensation for any subsequent difference in price.
