We plan to walk along a trail once reserved for the mountain fairies… We’ll reflect in the clearest Romanian waters, caress the soft moss, and wash our faces directly under a waterfall—let this be a day to remember! The canyons of Nera and Beușnița are waiting for us!

Departure on April 26th, 2025 from Novi Sad (ATP Vojvodina station around 4:00 AM), continuing toward Belgrade (near Sava Center around 5:15 AM). (Exact time and location will be shared one day in advance.) We’ll then enjoy a relaxing ride toward Romania with breaks for group rest and border formalities.
In the early morning hours, we arrive in the small village of Potoc, from where our hike begins, following the canyons of the Nera and Beușnița rivers. It will be a magical experience full of rapids, waterfalls, and cascades. In some sections, we’ll follow untouched ancient Roman paths, while in others, we’ll squeeze through tunnels deep in the canyon—and who knows, we might even step across the river at times. All of this, of course, on easy terrain and with great vibes.
After the hike, we’ll have a lunch break and then head back to Novi Sad and Belgrade in the late evening hours.

WHAT TO BRING ON A HIKE?
•A smile, good spirit, and good health
•Plenty of water (minimum 2L), snacks from your backpack for multiple meals, energy for the hike
•Comfortable, sturdy hiking shoes and clothing suitable for nature walks
•If you have a favorite walking stick, bring it—if not, nature will help you find one
•Cap/hat, sunglasses, sunscreen—anything to protect you in case of strong sun
•Raincoat, spare/dry clothes, warm layers—easily accessible after the hike

•The number of participants is limited. Only members of the Mountaineering Society HTS (MB: 28748817) or any society under the Mountaineering Association of Serbia (PSS) may join (Contact us for info on membership and 2025 registration stamps)
•The organizers reserve the right to change the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, inaccessible trail sections, or even cancel the trip if necessary
•This trip does not include travel guarantees under Article 86, Paragraph 3 of the Tourism Law
•Upon registration, please send the number of participants, their full names, phone numbers, and departure location along with proof of society membership
•Once registered and paid, cancellations are not possible due to the closeness of the event date. However, replacing the registered participant with someone else is possible

SPECIAL NOTES
• The agency recommends that travelers purchase individual trip cancellation insurance. Otherwise, any cancellation by the traveler will be handled strictly according to the General Travel Conditions – point 10: CANCELLATION BY THE TRAVELER.
• Seat assignments on the bus are made based on the date of payment, i.e., the conclusion of the travel contract. When assigning seats, priority is given to elderly passengers, pregnant women, families with children (under 12 years old), and passengers with documented health issues. The first row of seats is reserved for staff and will not be assigned to passengers unless necessary. Passengers must accept the seat assigned by the agency.
• The traveler is obliged to provide the travel organizer with all required data, including the ID/passport number used for border crossing, when signing the contract. If not provided at that time, the deadline for submitting the information is 48 hours.
• For passengers holding a red biometric Serbian passport, entry into the EU requires the passport to be valid for at least three months beyond the return date. For entry into Turkey, the passport must be valid for at least six months beyond the return date.
• Travelers are advised to check the validity of travel documents, especially for children.
• The travel organizer is not authorized to evaluate the validity of travel or other documents. Non-Serbian citizens must check visa requirements for the destination country themselves. Travelers are advised to check entry requirements for EU countries (required financial means, health insurance, accommodation confirmations, etc.) on the EU Delegation website in Serbia – www.europa.rs, or by contacting the embassy/consulate of the destination or transit countries. The agency is not responsible if border authorities deny entry to the EU.
• If a traveler pays for an additional seat in the bus, they are not entitled to a refund if seats remain available after the trip.
• 48 hours prior to departure, the travel organizer sends a message with all departure details. If you do not receive the message, please contact the agency to obtain the exact information.
• Rest stops are scheduled every 3.5 to 4 hours, depending on the availability of rest areas and road conditions.
• Travelers are responsible for their personal documents, money, and belongings throughout the trip. Leaving valuables on the bus or in hotel rooms is not recommended, as neither the transport company nor the hotel is responsible for them. In case of theft from the bus, compensation can only be claimed for insured items through an authorized insurance company. The organizer is not liable nor should complaints be directed to the organizer in such cases.
• Please note that this is a group trip, and everything is adapted to that format. Music and films played in the vehicle will be neutral in content. Temperature settings in the vehicle cannot be individually adjusted, so we ask for your understanding—what feels warm to one may feel cold to another, and vice versa. A sense of collectivity and mutual consideration is essential for group travel.
• Luggage space on the bus is limited. Each traveler is allowed one suitcase and one piece of hand luggage.
• Due to scheduling requirements, the bus cannot stop at the border for “tax-free” refund claims. Please take this into account.
• The organizer reserves the right to modify the travel itinerary due to unforeseen objective circumstances (e.g., traffic or border delays, closure of planned sightseeing spots, etc.).
• The travel organizer and local excursion providers reserve the right to adjust optional excursions and the order of activities due to objective circumstances. Please also note that due to public holidays or religious events, some attractions, shopping centers, stores, restaurants, museums, etc., may be closed.
• The duration of free time for individual activities during the trip depends on external factors (e.g., duration of tours, departure schedules, arrival times, and overall itinerary).
• For travelers particularly interested in visiting museums or galleries, it is recommended to check their opening hours online and plan accordingly during the free time on the trip.
• The hotel category listed in the program is official and valid as of the day the contract is signed with the foreign partner. Any later changes unknown to the organizer cannot be deemed relevant.
• All times listed in the travel itinerary refer to local time in the country of stay.
• The person signing the travel contract or group representatives are obliged to inform all participants about the itinerary, payment terms, insurance, and general travel conditions.
• Minors traveling must have notarized parental/guardian consent.
• International travel health insurance is mandatory for certain destinations. We strongly recommend having it for all your trips, as the traveler assumes full responsibility for any consequences if checked by the destination or transit country authorities.
• The agency is not responsible for information given verbally, by phone, or electronically. Only the written travel program displayed in the agency premises is valid.
• The organizer reserves the right to sell packages at Last Minute prices different from those listed in the standard price list. Clients who have already booked and paid under the standard price list are not entitled to compensation for any price difference.
