The good old Midžor is always a good idea! Let’s go gently and calmly across the green fields toward one of the highest peaks in Serbia!

Departure on September 13th, 2025, from Novi Sad (ATP Vojvodina station around midnight, Friday to Saturday), continuing to Belgrade (near Sava Center around 1 AM). (Exact departure times and locations will be sent one day prior.) We then head comfortably toward Stara Planina with breaks for group rest and border formalities.
In the early morning hours, we arrive at Babin Zub, where after a coffee break, we’ll gently begin our ascent to one of the highest peaks in Serbia! Step by step, the endless green fields of Stara Planina open up, while the wind carries the most beautiful floral scents.
After the hike, we’ll have a break for lunch, followed by a return to the starting point around midnight, depending on road conditions.

A smile, good mood, and good health
Plenty of water (minimum 2L for the hike), snacks from your backpack for several meals, and something refreshing for the hike
Comfortable, sturdy footwear suitable for nature walks, and comfortable clothing
If you already have your favorite hiking pole, bring it; if not, nature will surely provide you a new favorite
Cap/hat, sunglasses, sunscreen—anything you find useful for sun protection
Raincoat, spare/change of clothes, warm and dry outfit ready to use after the hike
The number of participants is limited, and only members of the Mountaineering Society HTS (ID: 28748817) (Contact us for membership and 2025 hiking license details) or any society within the Mountaineering Association of Serbia (PSS) may join
Organizers reserve the right to alter the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, inaccessible trails, or to cancel the trip altogether
This trip does not provide travel guarantee protection in accordance with Article 86, paragraph 3 of the Tourism Law
Upon registration, please provide the number of persons, their names, phone numbers, departure point, and proof of society membership
After registration and payment, due to the proximity of the event, cancellation is not possible, and refunds will not be issued. However, participant replacement will be allowed
The tour is NOT RECOMMENDED for persons with heart or other serious health conditions that may be affected by physical activity
Please be PUNCTUAL for the departure time, but let’s not be too strict about the exact duration of the hike

If the minimum number is not reached, the deadline for trip cancellation is seven days before departure, according to Article 108 of the Consumer Protection Law

SPECIAL NOTES
• The agency recommends that each traveler purchase individual travel cancellation insurance. Otherwise, for any cancellations by the traveler, the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions of Travel – Point 10 CANCELLATION BY THE TRAVELER will apply.
• The seating order on the bus is determined by the date of payment and conclusion of the Travel Agreement. Priority is given to elderly travelers, pregnant women, families with children (up to 12 years old), and travelers with documented medical issues. The first row of seats is reserved for official use and will not be assigned to travelers unless necessary. Travelers must accept the seat assigned by the agency.
• Upon signing the travel agreement, the traveler is required to provide the tour organizer with all requested information, including the passport number of the document used for border crossing. If this is not provided at the time of signing, it must be submitted within 48 hours.
• For travelers with a red biometric passport of the Republic of Serbia: for entry into the EU, the passport must be valid for at least 3 months after the return date; for Turkey, at least 6 months after the return date.
• Please ensure that all travel documents, especially for children, are valid.
• The tour organizer is not authorized to assess the validity of travel or other documents. Non-Serbian citizens are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the visa regulations of the destination country. It is recommended that travelers check entry requirements for EU countries (such as sufficient funds, health insurance, accommodation confirmation) on the EU Delegation’s website in Serbia at www.europa.rs or contact the embassy or consulate of the destination/transit countries. The agency is not responsible if border authorities deny entry.
• If travelers pay for an additional seat on the bus, they are not entitled to a refund if seats remain vacant during the trip.
• 48 hours before departure, the tour organizer will send final travel details. If you do not receive a message, please contact the agency to obtain this information.
• Rest stops are planned approximately every 3.5 to 4 hours, depending on the availability of facilities and road conditions.
• Travelers are responsible for their own travel documents, money, and belongings during the trip. Leaving valuables on the bus or in hotel rooms is not recommended, as the transport company or hotel will not be held liable. In case of theft from the bus, travelers can only claim insured items through authorized insurance companies. The tour organizer bears no responsibility for such unforeseen events.
• Please note that this is a group trip, and group rules apply. Music and movies played during the ride must be neutral in content. Bus temperatures cannot be adjusted individually per seat — what may be warm for one person could be cold for another. Group travel requires mutual understanding and a collective spirit.
• Luggage space on the bus is limited. Each traveler may bring one suitcase and one piece of hand luggage.
• Due to adherence to the travel schedule, the bus cannot stop at the border for tax-free refund procedures.
• The tour organizer reserves the right to change the itinerary due to unforeseen objective circumstances (e.g., border delays, traffic congestion, closure of certain sites).
• The organizer also reserves the right to adjust the schedule and execution of optional excursions or rearrange sightseeing order due to objective circumstances. Note that during public or religious holidays, some attractions, malls, shops, restaurants, or museums at the destination may be closed.
• The duration of free time for individual activities depends on objective factors such as tour lengths, departure times, arrival times, and other itinerary components.
• Travelers planning to visit museums or galleries are advised to check their operating hours online and align their visits with the tour’s free time.
• The official hotel category stated in the itinerary reflects the rating valid at the time of contract signing with the foreign partner. Any subsequent changes not communicated to the organizer are not considered valid.
• All times stated in the travel program are local times of the country visited.
• The person signing the travel agreement or the group representative is responsible for informing all participants of the itinerary, payment terms, insurance, and the agency’s General Terms and Conditions of Travel.
• Minors traveling must have notarized parental/guardian consent.
• International travel health insurance is mandatory for certain destinations. We strongly recommend it for all trips, as travelers are solely responsible for any consequences related to its absence during inspections.
• The agency is not responsible for information provided verbally, by phone, or electronically. Only the written travel program displayed at the agency is valid.
• The organizer reserves the right to offer last-minute deals at prices different from those in the standard price list. Travelers who have already booked or made payments based on the published price list are not entitled to claim refunds due to any price difference.
