A delightful walk, the unparalleled Ledinačko Lake in all its beauty beneath us. A stroll in the familiar relaxed atmosphere, with smiles, and how else? No swimming, but fortunately, observing is not prohibited.

WHAT IS THE WALK PROGRAM?

Starting from Zvečan Spring, located 850 meters from the bus turnaround of bus number 76 in Ledinci. We embark on an approximately 3 km long walk, mostly uphill to the mountain ridge (Partisan Road) and the IVAN STAMBOLIĆ MONUMENT, listening to the sad life story of this politician and the political controversies of that period. Continuing along the ridge path, we have an easy walk of about 1.5 km on mostly flat terrain to the ZMAJEVAC viewpoint, where the largest ZIP LINE in Serbia is located, and it offers an excellent VIEW OF VRDNIČKA KULA, which dates back to the Roman era and has been renovated several times in the centuries that followed, lastly during the Ottoman period. After this, there is a 3.4 km walk mostly on flat terrain along the ridge path, followed by a short ascent and descent towards the end. We then reach the first and highest viewpoint of LEDINAČKO LAKE, one of the most famous and beautiful landmarks of Fruška Gora. It has an impressive depth of about 80 meters, formed by the filling of a quarry with water. After this, there are several more viewpoints, each at a lower elevation and therefore closer to the lake. The trail ends with about 1.2 km of constant descent.

HOW LONG DOES THE WALK TAKE?

The projected path is about 9 km, with a significant part on the ridge that is quite gentle. To complete the entire route, it will take between 4 and 5 hours of walking, including several short stops at locations with the guide's narration, making this route excellent for recreational hikers and beginners ready for a challenge.

HOW TO GET TO THE STARTING POINT?

• Zvečan Spring is located in Ledinci, which can be reached by bus number 76, starting from the railway station, passing through Bulevar oslobođenja to Most slobode. After getting off at the last station, you will have a 10 to 15-minute walk to Zvečan, about 1 km.
• If you are coming by car, you can approach the spring itself and park nearby. The quickest way to reach Ledinci is to start from Kamenica towards Beočin and turn towards Ledinci after about 5 minutes of driving. You pass through Nove Ledince, enter Stare Ledince, and continue straight to the spring.
• For those without transportation or those willing to offer a ride to share costs or simply to help someone, they can check the Facebook group we named "Hajd na hajk," intended for all nature lovers, for easier organization of hiking trips.

WHAT DO WE USUALLY BRING FOR HIKING?

• Smile, good mood, as well as good health; masks and gloves are not mandatory in nature, given that we will respect the recommended distance.
• Minimum 1 liter of water, and usually more.
• Comfortable and sturdy walking shoes.
• Snacks, sandwiches, fruit, lunch—whatever you desire is allowed on our walks without any guilt.
• If you already have your favorite walking stick, bring it, and if not, nature may hide your new favorite.
• Hat/cap, sunglasses, sunscreen—whatever you consider appropriate.
• Spare/change of clothes, warm and dry change.

IMPORTANT NOTES!!!

• HIKING IN FRUŠKA GORA NATIONAL PARK IS NOW CHARGED, the price for one hike is 100 RSD, and the annual card is 600 RSD. Participants are required to regulate this themselves; sales points are as follows: Information Center at Iriški venac, RJ Sremska Kamenica (Paragovo), RJ Beočin (Beočin), RJ Vrdnik (Vrdnik), RJ Ležimir (Ležimir), RJ Erdevik (Erdevik).
• The number of registrations will be limited this time, so please write to us privately the number of people you want to register if you want to join us on the walk.
• The tour is NOT PAID at the time of registration; it is on a voluntary basis. At the end of the tour, you will have the opportunity to reward our guides with DONATIONS in the amount you think this tour is worth.
• WEATHER CONDITIONS generally do NOT AFFECT our walks, unless there is a severe storm announced. It is up to you to assess whether the weather conditions suit you or not.
• The tour is STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED for people with heart or any other conditions that physical activity can negatively impact.
• Please be PRECISE AND PUNCTUAL when it comes to the departure time, but on the other hand, do not strictly adhere to the duration schedule of the walk, as we do not know in advance the structure of the group.
