Somewhere deep in the forests of the Dolomites, a milky blue lake lies hidden… Above it, jagged peaks and rocky cliffs! We’re taking you to Lake Sorapis!

BELGRADE – NOVI SAD – LAKE SORAPIS

Departure on 30.8.2025. from Novi Sad (Location: ATP Vojvodina, around midnight from Friday to Saturday), continuing to Belgrade (Sava Center area, around 1 AM). (Exact time and location will be confirmed one day in advance.) Then a smooth drive through Croatia with breaks for group rest and border formalities.
In the early morning, we’ll arrive in the Dolomites and begin a relaxing, hedonistic hike toward Lake Sorapis. We’ll walk through beautiful coniferous forests, scenic areas with dramatic views of the iconic jagged peaks, and even a charming little secured platform for a touch of excitement along the way… At the end of the hike, the surreal Lake Sorapis awaits us, famous for its milky blue waters. Here, we’ll take a longer break to enjoy all the charms of a perfect summer day, and then head back along the same trail.
After returning to the bus, we’ll drive back to Serbia, with arrival planned around midnight (Saturday to Sunday).

A smile, good spirit, and good health.
Plenty of water – minimum 2L for the hike, snacks for multiple meals, and refreshments for the hike.
Comfortable and sturdy footwear suitable for hiking, along with appropriate clothing.
If you have a favorite hiking stick, bring it – if not, nature will offer you a new one.
Cap/hat, sunglasses, sunscreen – anything that will protect you from strong sun exposure.
Raincoat, spare/change of clothes, warm and dry layers easily accessible for after the hike.
The number of participants is limited. Only members of MOUNTAINEERING ASSOCIATION HTS (MB: 28748817) or any mountaineering association within the PSS network may attend. (Contact us for details on membership and 2025 membership card purchase.)
Organizers reserve the right to change the program due to unforeseen circumstances, lack of access to specific sections, or even cancellation.
This trip does not include travel guarantee protection as per Article 86, Paragraph 3 of the Tourism Law.
Upon registration, please provide: number of persons, their full names, phone numbers, and departure location, along with proof of membership in our or another recognized mountaineering organization. Due to the closeness of the event, cancellations are not possible after payment, but name changes (i.e. replacing participants) are allowed.
This hike is NOT recommended for individuals with heart conditions or any other health issues that may be negatively affected by physical activity.
Please be PUNCTUAL AND PRECISE regarding departure times, but also flexible with the duration of the hike.

THE PROGRAM IS BASED ON A MINIMUM OF 50 PARTICIPANTS
IN CASE OF INSUFFICIENT PARTICIPANTS, THE DEADLINE FOR CANCELLATION IS 7 DAYS BEFORE THE TRIP, in accordance with Article 108 of the Consumer Protection Law.
The agency reserves the right to adjust the transport price or organize transport in cooperation with another agency.
The agency reserves the right to price adjustments due to foreign exchange fluctuations.
The agency is not responsible for any oral information differing from the official travel program.
The organizer reserves the right to change the order of certain activities in the program.

SPECIAL NOTES
The agency recommends that travelers individually purchase trip cancellation insurance. Otherwise, any cancellations initiated by the traveler will be handled exclusively in accordance with the General Travel Terms and Conditions – Section 10 CANCELLATION BY THE TRAVELER.
The seating arrangement on the bus is determined by the date of payment and signing of the Travel Contract. When assigning seats, priority is given to elderly passengers, pregnant women, families with children (up to 12 years), and passengers with documented health issues. The first row of seats is reserved for staff and will not be assigned to passengers unless necessary. The traveler is obliged to accept the seat assigned by the agency.
The traveler must provide the tour organizer with all required information when signing the travel contract, including the travel document number used to cross the border. If this information is not provided at the time of signing, it must be submitted within 48 hours.
For travelers holding a red biometric passport of the Republic of Serbia, the passport must be valid for at least 3 months after the return date for entry into the EU, and 6 months for entry into Turkey.
Travelers are asked to pay attention to the validity of their travel documents, especially for children.
The tour organizer is not authorized to evaluate the validity of travel documents. Travelers who are not citizens of Serbia must independently check the visa requirements of their travel destination. Travelers are advised to check EU entry requirements (e.g., sufficient funds, health insurance, accommodation confirmation) on the website of the EU Delegation to Serbia (www.europa.rs) or by contacting the embassy or consulate of the country they are visiting or passing through. The agency is not responsible if border authorities deny entry to the EU.
Travelers who pay for an extra seat on the bus are not entitled to a refund if there are unoccupied seats during the trip.
The tour organizer will send departure details 48 hours prior to departure. If you do not receive the message, please contact the agency to obtain accurate travel information.
Rest stops are planned every 3.5 to 4 hours, depending on the availability of rest areas and road conditions.
Travelers are advised to take care of their travel documents, money, and belongings during the trip. Leaving valuables in the bus or hotel rooms is not recommended, as neither the transport company nor the hotel are liable for any loss. In case of theft from the bus, compensation can only be claimed through authorized insurance companies. The tour organizer is not responsible for such unforeseen events.
Please note that this is a group trip, and the group setting must be respected. Therefore, the music and movies played in the vehicle will be of neutral content. Temperature in the bus cannot be individually adjusted for each seat, so we ask for understanding regarding climate preferences.
Luggage space on the bus is limited. Each traveler is allowed one suitcase and one piece of hand luggage.
Travelers are reminded that, due to the itinerary schedule, the bus will not stop at border crossings for VAT refund processing ("tax-free"), so please keep this in mind.
The tour organizer reserves the right to modify the travel program in case of unforeseen objective circumstances (e.g., border delays, traffic jams, closure of a planned site).
The tour and excursion organizer retains the right to change the timing and conditions of optional excursions included in the itinerary, as well as the order of site visits, due to objective circumstances. Please be aware that due to national or religious holidays, certain sites, shopping centers, stores, restaurants, or museums at the destination may be closed.
The duration of free time for individual activities depends on objective factors (e.g., the length of site visits, departure times, arrival schedules, and other program elements).
Travelers interested in visiting museums or galleries are encouraged to check their opening hours online and plan visits accordingly.
The hotel category listed in the program is officially designated and valid at the time the contract between the tour organizer and foreign partner was signed. Any subsequent changes unknown to the tour organizer are not relevant.
All times stated in the travel program are in the local time of the country being visited.
The person signing the travel contract or group representatives are responsible for informing all travelers about the agreed travel program, payment and insurance conditions, as well as the General Travel Terms and Conditions.
Minors must have a notarized parental/legal guardian consent form for travel.
International travel health insurance is mandatory for certain destinations. We strongly recommend having such insurance for all your trips; otherwise, you assume full responsibility for any consequences during border checks or within the countries visited or transited.
The agency is not liable for any information provided verbally, by phone, or electronically. Only the written travel program displayed at the agency is valid.
The tour organizer reserves the right to sell arrangements through Last Minute offers at different prices than those listed in the official price list. Travelers who have already begun payment or paid in full according to the original price list are not entitled to compensation for any price difference.
