Ah, this time a true summer treat! A little getaway to the most beautiful lake in Slovenia, time for a swim, and along the way, we’ll visit the gorges of a mountain stream… Sounds good? Moštnica Gorge and the shores of Lake Bohinj await us!

BELGRADE – NOVI SAD – MOŠTNICA GORGE – LAKE BOHINJ

Departure on July 19, 2025, from NOVI SAD (ATP Vojvodina location, around midnight), continuing to BELGRADE (near Sava Center around 1 AM). (Exact times and locations will be confirmed the day before the trip.)
We’ll have a relaxed ride toward Slovenia with breaks for group rest and customs procedures.

In the early morning, we’ll arrive in the small village of Stara Fužina and begin this hedonistic hike.
In the first part, we’ll follow the small mountain river Moštnica, enjoying its gorge and the stunning blue hues it offers. We’ll surely stop in several places to meditate and pay tribute to this natural beauty.
Then we descend to the shores of Lake Bohinj, making almost a full circle around it, taking breaks at the most suitable spots — this time for swimming and summer enjoyment in this magical setting.
After our adventure, we’ll have a lunch break, followed by the return trip to our departure points, expected around midnight (depending on traffic and border conditions).

WHAT TO BRING FOR A HIKE?

• A smile, good spirit, and good health

• Plenty of water (minimum 2L for the hike), backpack snacks for multiple meals, and refreshments for the climbs and walks

• Comfortable and sturdy hiking shoes, suitable clothing

• If you have a favorite hiking stick, bring it; if not, nature might hide your new favorite

• Hat/cap, sunglasses, sunscreen, or anything else to protect yourself from strong sun

• Raincoat, spare clothes, and warm, dry change of clothes easily accessible after the hike

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• The number of participants is limited. Participation is EXCLUSIVELY for members of the MOUNTAINEERING SOCIETY HTS (Reg. No. 28748817) or any society under the Mountaineering Association of Serbia (PSS). (Contact us for details on membership and acquiring a 2025 membership card.)

• Organizers reserve the right to change the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, inaccessible routes, or even trip cancellation.

• This trip does not include travel guarantees under Article 86, paragraph 3 of the Tourism Act.

• Please send the number of participants, their names, phone numbers, and departure location when registering, along with membership confirmation. Due to the proximity of the trip date, cancellation or refund will not be possible after registration and payment, but it will be possible to replace the registered participant.

• This tour is NOT recommended for people with heart conditions or other health issues that may be adversely affected by physical activity.

• Please be PUNCTUAL for the departure time, and be flexible with the walking schedule duration.

• The program is based on a minimum of 50 passengers

• In case of insufficient registrations, the cancellation deadline is 7 days before departure, in accordance with Article 108 of the Consumer Protection Act

• The agency reserves the right to adjust the price or collaborate with another agency to ensure transportation

• The agency reserves the right to adjust prices in case of changes in the foreign exchange market

• The agency is not responsible for any verbal information that differs from the official travel program

• The organizer reserves the right to change the order of itinerary elements

• The General Terms and Conditions of the organizing travel agency apply

SPECIAL NOTES (POSEBNE NAPOMENE)

• The agency recommends that the traveler take out individual trip cancellation insurance. Otherwise, in the event of a cancellation by the traveler, only the General Travel Terms and Conditions – Point 10 “TRAVELER CANCELLATION” – will apply.

• Seat allocation in the bus is determined based on the payment date, i.e., the conclusion of the Travel Contract. When assigning seats, priority is given to elderly passengers, pregnant women, families with children (under 12), and passengers with documented health issues. The first row of seats is reserved for staff and is not allocated to passengers unless necessary. Passengers must accept the seat assigned by the agency.

• Upon signing the contract, the traveler must provide all required information to the travel organizer, including the passport number to be used for crossing the border. If not provided at contract signing, the deadline for submitting this information is 48 hours.

• For travelers with a red biometric passport of the Republic of Serbia, the passport must be valid for at least 3 months after the return date for travel to EU countries, and 6 months for travel to the Republic of Turkey.

• Please ensure your travel documents are valid, especially for children.

• The travel organizer is not authorized to assess the validity of travel or other documents. Non-Serbian citizens are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the visa requirements of the destination country. It is recommended to check entry conditions for EU countries (required funds, travel insurance, accommodation confirmation, etc.) on the website of the EU Delegation to Serbia at www.europa.rs or with the embassy/consulate of the destination and transit countries. The agency is not responsible if border authorities deny entry.

• If travelers pay for an additional bus seat, they are not entitled to a refund after the trip even if other seats remain unoccupied.

• The organizer will send a departure notice with all details 48 hours before the trip. If not received, passengers must contact the agency for accurate travel details.

• Rest stops are scheduled approximately every 3.5 to 4 hours, depending on available facilities and road conditions.

• Passengers are responsible for their travel documents, money, and belongings. Leaving valuables on the bus or in hotel rooms is not recommended as neither the carrier nor hotel takes responsibility. In case of theft, claims can only be made through authorized insurance companies. The travel organizer is not liable and will not accept complaints regarding such incidents.

• This is a group trip, and passengers should be aware that music and movies played on the bus will be neutral in content. Temperature settings cannot be adjusted individually. Group travel requires mutual understanding and a collective spirit.

• Luggage space is limited. Each passenger is allowed one suitcase and one piece of hand luggage.

• Due to adherence to the travel schedule, buses cannot wait at borders for VAT refund (“tax-free”) formalities. Please keep this in mind.

• The travel organizer reserves the right to change the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., traffic, border delays, site closures).

• The travel and excursion organizer also reserves the right to modify the timing and terms of optional excursions and the sightseeing order due to objective reasons. Be aware that certain local sites, malls, shops, restaurants, museums, etc., may be closed due to holidays.

• The duration of free time during the itinerary may vary depending on actual conditions (tour duration, departure/arrival times, etc.).

• Travelers aiming to visit museums or galleries are advised to check opening hours online and plan accordingly.

• The official hotel category mentioned is valid at the time of contract conclusion with foreign partners. Later changes unknown to the organizer are not valid grounds for complaint.

• All times in the itinerary refer to the local time of the country visited.

• The signatory of the travel contract or group representatives must inform all travelers of the agreed itinerary, payment and insurance conditions, and General Travel Terms.

• Minors must have notarized parental/guardian consent for travel.

• International travel health insurance is mandatory for certain destinations. It is advised for all trips as the traveler assumes all risks during inspections at destination or transit country borders.

• The agency is not responsible for orally or electronically communicated information. Only the written travel program displayed at the agency premises is valid.

• The organizer reserves the right to offer last-minute deals at different prices than those in the standard price list. Clients who have already paid the full price are not entitled to a refund of the difference.
