Hike to Crni Vrh, Goč

There’s nothing quite like a dense coniferous forest surrounded by autumn mist! Goč is considered one of the most heavily forested mountains in Serbia, and we will explore parts of it that are wild and largely untouched.

NOVI SAD – BELGRADE – GOČ
(Hike to Crni Vrh)

ROUTE LENGTH: 14 km

ELEVATION GAIN/LOSS: 400 m ascent / 700 m descent

DIFFICULTY: MODERATE

Departure from NOVI SAD on November 1, 2026, from ATP Vojvodina around 4:00 AM, followed by a stop in BELGRADE (near Sava Center around 5:15 AM). We then continue towards Goč with breaks along the way for the group to rest.

In the early morning hours, we arrive at Goč Mountain.

The hike begins in an area covered by dense coniferous forest, crossed by fast-flowing mountain streams.

The ascent to Crni Vrh (Black Peak) is fantastic, and it is said that deer can often be spotted near the summit. Hopefully, we will be lucky enough to see some ourselves!

The descent follows a different trail, continuing alongside wild mountain streams and through dense coniferous forests surrounded by beautiful autumn mist.

After completing the hike, we will have a break for lunch before a relaxed journey back towards Belgrade and Novi Sad.

WHAT DO WE USUALLY BRING ON A HIKING TRIP?!

• A smile, good spirits, and good health.
• Plenty of water — a minimum of 2 liters per hike — as well as snacks from your backpack for several meals and refreshments for the climbs and walks ahead.
• Comfortable, sturdy, and appropriate footwear for walking in nature, as well as comfortable clothing.
• If you already have a favorite hiking stick, bring it with you; if not, nature may be where you find your new favorite one.
• A cap/hat/beanie, sunglasses, sunscreen, and anything else you consider necessary to protect yourself in case of strong sunlight.
• A rain jacket, spare/change of clothes, and warm, dry clothing easily accessible after each hike.

IMPORTANT NOTES!!!

• The number of registrations will be limited, and ONLY members of the HIKING ASSOCIATION HTS (Registration No. 28748817) or members of any other hiking association affiliated with the PSS (Mountaineering Association of Serbia) are entitled to participate in the trip. Please contact us for details regarding membership and the purchase of membership stamps/cards for 2026.
• The organizers reserve the right to modify the program due to unforeseen circumstances, inability to access certain sections of the route, or even cancel the trip.
• For this trip, no protection in the form of travel guarantees is provided pursuant to Article 86, Paragraph 3 of the Tourism Law.
• When registering, please send us the number of participants, their full names, phone numbers, and departure location, together with confirmation of membership in our organization. After registration and payment, due to the proximity of the event, it will not be possible to cancel the transportation and consequently receive a refund. However, it will of course be possible to potentially replace the registered participant with another person.
• This tour is NOT RECOMMENDED for people with heart conditions or any other health problems that could be adversely affected by physical activity.
• Please be PRECISE AND PUNCTUAL regarding the departure time; however, please do not expect the hiking schedule to be followed to the minute.

THE PROGRAM IS BASED ON A MINIMUM OF 50 PARTICIPANTS.

IN THE EVENT OF AN INSUFFICIENT NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS, THE DEADLINE FOR CANCELLING THE TRIP IS SEVEN DAYS BEFORE THE START OF THE TRIP, IN ACCORDANCE WITH ARTICLE 108 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION LAW.

THE AGENCY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION WITH A PRICE ADJUSTMENT OR IN COOPERATION WITH ANOTHER AGENCY.

THE AGENCY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ADJUST PRICES IN THE EVENT OF CHANGES IN THE FOREIGN EXCHANGE MARKET.

THE AGENCY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIFFERENT VERBAL INFORMATION REGARDING THE TRAVEL PROGRAM.

THE ORGANIZER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THE ORDER OF INDIVIDUAL ACTIVITIES INCLUDED IN THE PROGRAM.

SPECIAL NOTES

• The agency recommends that travelers purchase individual trip cancellation insurance. Otherwise, in the event of cancellation by the traveler, the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions of Travel — Section 10, TRAVELER'S CANCELLATION OF THE TRIP — shall apply exclusively.
• Seating arrangements on the bus are made according to the date of payment, i.e. the date on which the Travel Contract is concluded. When arranging seats, priority is given to elderly passengers, pregnant women, families with children (up to 12 years of age), passengers with documented health conditions, etc. The seats in the first row are designated as official/staff seats and are not assigned to passengers unless necessary. Passengers are required to accept the seat assigned to them by the agency.
• When signing the contract, the traveler is required to provide the travel organizer with all requested information, including the number of the travel document used to cross the border. If the requested information was not provided when the contract was signed, it must be submitted within 48 hours.
• For travelers holding the red biometric passport of the Republic of Serbia, when entering the EU, the passport must be valid for at least 3 months after the date of return from the trip. For entry into the Republic of Türkiye, the passport must be valid for at least 6 months after the date of return from the trip.
• Please make sure that your travel documents are valid, especially children's travel documents.
• The travel organizer is not authorized to assess the validity of travel or other documents. Travelers who are not Serbian citizens are responsible for informing themselves about the visa requirements of the countries they are visiting. Travelers are advised to obtain information about the entry requirements for EU countries (required financial means for the stay, health insurance, proof of accommodation, etc.) from the website of the EU Delegation to Serbia, europa.rs, or from the embassy or consulate of the country they are visiting or transiting through. The agency shall not be liable if border authorities prevent a traveler from entering EU territory.
• If passengers pay an additional fee for an extra seat on the bus, they are not entitled to a refund after the trip if there are still vacant seats on the bus.
• 48 hours before departure, the travel organizer will send a notification containing all departure details. If you do not receive the message, please contact the agency to obtain the correct departure information.
• Stops for breaks during the journey are scheduled approximately every 3.5 to 4 hours of driving, at designated roadside rest areas, depending on available capacity and road conditions.
• Passengers are responsible for their travel documents, money, and belongings throughout the duration of the trip. Leaving valuables on the bus or in hotel rooms is not recommended, as neither the carrier nor the hotel is responsible for them. In the event of a break-in of the bus, a passenger may claim compensation only for their insured belongings through authorized insurance companies. The travel organizer cannot be held responsible, and complaints cannot be submitted to the travel organizer in relation to such unforeseen circumstances.
• Please note that this is a group trip, and everything is organized accordingly. Therefore, please understand that the music and films played on the vehicle will be neutral in content. The temperature inside the vehicle cannot be individually adjusted for each seat, and please keep in mind that what feels warm to one person may feel cold to another, and vice versa. Group travel therefore requires considerable understanding among passengers and a sense of community.
• Luggage space on the bus is limited. The permitted amount of luggage per passenger is one suitcase and one piece of hand luggage.
• Passengers are advised that, due to the need to adhere to the schedule specified in the travel program, the bus cannot be held at a border crossing to process tax-free refunds. Please take this into consideration.
• The travel organizer reserves the right to change the travel program due to unforeseen objective circumstances, such as border congestion, traffic congestion, closure of a location included in the itinerary, etc.
• The travel and excursion organizer reserves the right to change the dates and conditions for optional excursions included in the program, as well as the order of sightseeing activities, due to objective circumstances. Please note that, due to national or religious holidays at a particular destination, some attractions, shopping centers, shops, restaurants, museums, etc. may be closed.
• The duration of free time for individual activities during the trip depends on objective circumstances, such as the duration of sightseeing, departure times, arrival times, and the subsequent schedule of the travel arrangement.
• Passengers whose goal is to visit museums and galleries are advised to check their opening hours online and plan their visits according to the free time available during the trip.
• The hotel category stated in the program is the officially established category valid on the date the contract between the travel organizer and the foreign partner was concluded. Any subsequent changes unknown to the travel organizer cannot be considered relevant.
• All times stated in the travel programs are given according to the local time of the country in which the travelers are staying.
• The person signing the Travel Contract or the representatives of the group of travelers are required to inform all travelers about the agreed travel program, payment and insurance terms, as well as the General Terms and Conditions of Travel of the travel organizer.
• Minor travelers must have a notarized/officially certified parental or guardian consent when traveling.
• International travel health insurance is mandatory for certain destinations. We strongly recommend having such insurance for all your trips; otherwise, you assume full responsibility for any consequences arising during checks by the authorities of the country you are entering, as well as the countries through which you are transiting.
• The agency shall not be responsible for any information provided verbally, by telephone, or electronically. Only the written travel program displayed at the agency's premises shall be considered valid.
• The organizer reserves the right to sell its travel arrangements through Last Minute offers at prices different from those stated in the price list. Customers who have already started paying for or have paid for an arrangement at the prices published in this price list are not entitled to claim compensation for any potential difference in price.
