We depart on August 16, 2025 from Novi Sad (location: ATP Vojvodina, night between friday and saturday around midnight), then continue towards Belgrade (Sava Center area, around 1:00 AM). The exact time and place will be confirmed the day before departure. We will then have a relaxing ride towards Slovenia, with breaks for group rest and border formalities.
In the early morning hours, we arrive at the famous Falzarego Pass, known for its idyllic alpine villages and endless green meadows out of which the massive Dolomite rocks rise.
Already in the first part of the hike, we encounter the famous Five Towers, naturally created in a way only nature knows how. We will hike among them, mesmerized by their beauty and grandeur. We then continue to the highest point of the day, Nuvolau Peak, standing at an impressive 2574 meters above sea level! Words cannot describe the view — it is something that simply must be seen and experienced!
After enjoying the views, we descend back to our starting point, accompanied by stunning views of what may be Europe’s most beautiful mountain range.
After the hike, we will have a break for lunch, followed by our return trip, expected to reach the departure point around midnight, depending on road and border conditions.

WHAT TO BRING FOR HIKING?
✔️ A smile, good mood, and good health

IMPORTANT NOTES:
•The number of participants is limited; participation is exclusively for members of HTS Hiking Club (MB: 28748817) or any other club under the Mountaineering Association of Serbia (PSS). Contact us for details regarding membership and purchasing annual membership cards for 2025.
•The organizers reserve the right to change the program due to unforeseen circumstances, access restrictions, or even cancel the trip.
•This trip does NOT include travel guarantee protection in accordance with Article 86, Paragraph 3 of the Tourism Law.
•Upon registration, please provide the number of participants, their names, phone numbers, and departure point, along with proof of club membership.
•Due to the proximity of the event, after registration and payment, it will not be possible to cancel transport or receive a refund. However, replacement of the registered participant will be allowed.
•The tour is NOT recommended for individuals with heart or other health conditions that could be adversely affected by physical activity.
•Please be punctual regarding departure times, while being flexible with the hiking schedule.
•All participants are kindly asked to bring ONLY positive vibes, a cheerful spirit, and good mood. See you there!

•The program is based on a minimum of 50 participants.
•In case of insufficient participants, the trip may be canceled 7 days prior in accordance with Article 108 of the Consumer Protection Law.
•The organizer reserves the right to adjust the price in case of currency fluctuations or to organize transport in cooperation with another agency.
•The organizer is not responsible for any verbal information about the trip differing from the written program.
•The organizer reserves the right to change the order of activities in the program.
•The general travel conditions of the organizing agency apply.

SPECIAL NOTES
•The agency recommends that travelers purchase individual travel cancellation insurance, as otherwise, any cancellation by the traveler will be handled strictly in accordance with the General Travel Terms and Conditions – Point 10: Traveler Cancellation.
•The seating order on the bus is determined by the date of payment, i.e., the date of signing the Travel Agreement. When assigning seats, special consideration is given to elderly passengers, pregnant women, families with children (up to 12 years of age), and passengers with documented health issues. The first row of seats is reserved for official use and will not be assigned to travelers unless necessary. Travelers are required to accept the seat assigned by the agency.
•When signing the Travel Agreement, the traveler must provide the organizer with all requested information, including the number of the travel document (passport) to be used for border crossing. If this information is not provided at the time of signing, the deadline to submit it is 48 hours after signing.
•For travelers holding a red biometric passport of the Republic of Serbia, the passport must be valid for at least 3 months from the return date for travel to EU countries, and 6 months from the return date for travel to the Republic of Turkey.
•Travelers are advised to pay special attention to the validity of travel documents, especially for minors.
•The travel organizer is not authorized to assess the validity of travel or other documents. Travelers who are not Serbian citizens must check visa requirements for the destination country themselves. It is recommended that travelers consult the EU Delegation in Serbia website (www.europa.rs) or the embassy/consulate of the destination or transit countries regarding entry requirements (e.g., financial means, health insurance, accommodation confirmation). The agency is not responsible if border authorities deny the traveler entry into the EU.
•If travelers pay for an additional seat on the bus, they are not entitled to a refund after the trip, even if there are unoccupied seats on the bus.
•48 hours before departure, the travel organizer will send a message with all departure details. If you do not receive this message, you must contact the agency to obtain the correct departure information.
•Rest stops during the trip are planned every 3.5 to 4 hours, depending on available facilities and road conditions.
•Travelers are responsible for their own travel documents, money, and personal belongings during the trip. Leaving valuables in the bus or hotel rooms is not recommended, as neither the transportation provider nor the hotel is responsible for them. In case of theft from the bus, passengers may only claim compensation for insured belongings from authorized insurance companies. The travel organizer cannot be held liable for such unforeseen circumstances.
•Please note that this is a group trip, and everything is adapted to that. Music and movies played on board will be of neutral content. Temperature control cannot be individually adjusted for each seat. Keep in mind that what is warm for one person may be cold for another, etc. Group travel requires mutual understanding and a sense of collectivism.
•Luggage space on the bus is limited. Each traveler is allowed one suitcase and one piece of hand luggage.
•Due to adherence to the trip schedule, the bus cannot make stops at border crossings for processing “tax-free” refunds. Please keep this in mind.
•The travel organizer reserves the right to change the trip itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., border delays, traffic jams, closure of planned attractions).
•The organizer also reserves the right to change the schedule or conditions for optional excursions and sightseeing activities due to unforeseen circumstances. Please be aware that due to public or religious holidays at certain destinations, some attractions, shopping centers, stores, restaurants, or museums may be closed.
•The duration of free time for individual activities during the trip depends on objective circumstances (e.g., tour duration, departure times, time of arrival, and the overall schedule).
•Travelers wishing to visit museums and galleries are advised to check their opening hours online and plan visits during designated free time.
•The hotel category stated in the program is officially assigned and valid on the date of signing the agreement between the travel organizer and the foreign partner. Any subsequent changes unknown to the organizer are not relevant.
•All times stated in the program refer to local time in the destination country.
•The person signing the travel agreement or group representatives are responsible for informing all travelers in the group about the agreed program, payment terms, insurance details, and General Travel Terms and Conditions.
•Minors traveling must have notarized parental/guardian consent.
•For some destinations, international travel health insurance is mandatory. We strongly recommend that you have health insurance for all your trips, as otherwise, you bear full responsibility for any consequences during border control in the destination country or transit countries.
•The agency is not responsible for any information provided orally, by phone, or electronically. Only the written travel program displayed at the agency’s office is valid.
•The organizer reserves the right to offer Last Minute deals for its arrangements at prices different from those in the price list. Clients who have already started payment or paid for the arrangement according to the price list cannot claim compensation for any price differences.
